Description
Commercial Rollsizer upgraded Nitride Base (outer Die). This is what we refer to as the Base of the Rollsizer, it is the outer ring that the cases are rolled against. The original Commercial Rollsizers were shipped with a non-nitrided base and dies however as we move to nitrided dies across the product line we have started nitriding these units too.
The original bases will serve all but the largest commercial processors just fine but if your base has worn out or is damaged this is a user replaceable part for the commercial machines only. You will need an impact driver and quality tools to remove the old base. For those who are timid with the process your machine can be returned to our US based tech center for the upgrade.
The new base will come to you covered in Lanolin and must be thoroughly cleaned with alcohol before installation and use.
