We have built many competition AR15s in the last 20 years and all the good builders know that over-tightening the barrel nut leads to erratic accuracy. These shims will allow you to get the barrel nut perfectly aligned with your gas tube opening without over or under tightening the barrel nut.
NSR style barrel nut shims ensures the perfect alignment of your barrel nut and gas tube. Offered in a 3 pack, each shim measures at .001” thickness offering you the precise adjustment necessary in any custom rifle build.
This will NOT fit an AR10.
