A3G Munitions offers some products that may be restricted by Federal, State and/or Local laws. We do not authorize the right to purchase any products that may be restricted in your area.

All firearms will ship to an FFL Dealer – no exceptions. We ask that your chosen FFL Dealer email a signed copy of their FFL to Mark@A3GMunitions.com with your name in the subject field. Once we receive the FFL we will check it for validity and ship the firearm to the address on the FFL. All firearm shipments will be sent via a trackable service and require an adult signature upon delivery. Deliveries will not be re-routable by anyone but us.

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase ammunition. Under Federal law 18 U.S.C. 922(D)(1)-(9), persons with a legal disability are also restricted from purchasing certain products.

When you purchase any of our products, you accept full responsibility to comply with all regulations that apply. You also warrant that you have read this information, are an adult at least 21 years of age and have no legal disability that would preclude you from purchasing restricted items. Please check your local laws before ordering.

We do not ship outside the United States of America. We do not ship ammunition to the state of California, Hawaii, New York or New Jersey. We also do not ship ammunition to Washington D.C. The commodities we sell should only be exported from the United States in accordance with the Bureau of Industry and Security Regulations (BIS). Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited. Please contact BIS for regulatory information prior to shipment outside of U.S. Further, under Federal Law (the Arms Export Control Act – AECA and International Traffic in Arms Regulations – ITAR), it is unlawful and illegal to export defense items without a U.S. State Department-issued license. See e.g. ITAR Section 121.1 Categories I to III.

Guns and Ammo are shipped UPS only with Adult Signature Required and must ship to the credit card billing address. Guns ONLY ship to Licensed FFLs. In some states, like CA Ammo must also ship to an FFL.

We reserve the right to require an adult signature for any shipment; if we add a signature requirement to a non-ammo order this will be done at no cost to the customer.

PLEASE NOTE: Most online retailers only match your billing zip code with your credit card company. Because we sell Guns, Ammo and Firearm parts we must have a verified match on your street address AND zip code. While this may be inconvenient for some we feel that this policy is the responsible way to deal with ability to order in the age of the internet, it also prevents fraud far more that you would think. Futhermore all firearms, ammunition and hi-capacity magazines will ship with adult signature required. We also reserve the right to add adult signature to any order we ship (at our cost).
